containing office, industrial, hotel, multi-family, retail and residential projects, including the development of 2,200,000 sf of office and industrial space.

Geographically Richardson has been most active in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area but has extensive development experience in both Houston and Austin which both have very unique and different development and market issues.
